Quirky Bird Theatre are excited to announce their schools performance packages for ‘That Face’ by Polly Stenham and DNA by Dennis Kelly.

Quirky Bird Theatre has been producing high quality productions with young  actors since 2009 and Artistic Director Anna Friend’s work has been hailed as “full of creativity, innovation and

imagination…..flawless and energetic”.  That Face received a total of five awards as part of the All England Theatre Festival, including Best Director, Best Play and Best Female for Louise Thomas as the twisted Martha.

The schools performance of ‘That Face’ is available from September 2017 and offers a 90 minutes page to stage workshop prior to the performance plus a Q&A afterwards with the Director and cast. This experience will enable this text to come to life for you students which will add great value to their understanding of the creative process, the characters, language and social context.

This talented young cast will bring this well crafted and fantastic text to life with all of it's dark humour, pace and texture.
